I cannot imagine what it is like for the bravest of you who continue to fight, protect your neighbors, and speak out. I’m so damned proud of all of you and your governor and mayor. I hope I can be as brave when my time comes. When I light my candle at night to remember those killed in our streets and in the concentration camps, you are all in my remembrance as well.
